1 pkg cook & serve pudding & pie filling (Jell-O)
(any flavor except lemon)
2 tbsp sugar
2 1/2 c milk
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 baked 9-inch pie shell, cooled

Directions:

Combine pie filling mix, sugar and milk in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir well and cook 2 minutes longer. Stir again and cook 2 minutes or until mixture comes to a boil. Add cream cheese, blend with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into pie shell. Chill at least 3 hours. Garnish with whipped topping, if desired.
