1 c yellow cornmeal
1/2 c sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c milk
1/3 c oil
1 egg
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 360º. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix well; add milk, oil and egg; mix until smooth. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan and bake 25-30 minutes.
