1/2 bag fresh spinage or endive, wash & drain, cut up
Equal amount of head lettuce
1 #2 can bean sprouts drained
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 hard cooked eggs
Dressing
1 cup salad oil
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup Brooks catsup
1/3 cup vinegar
1 T. Worchestershire sauce
1 Medium onion minced
Salt & pepper to taste

Blend Dressing ingredients in blender or mixer. Mix together.
