2 cups browned seasoned sausage (not links or patties - it usually comes in a tube)
1 bag of pizza dough (enough for one pizza)
1 1/2 cups chopped roasted red peppers
2 cups shredded mozzarella

Directions:
Directions:
1. Lay out pizza dough (lightly olive oiled) as flat and stretched as possible.
2. Add cheese and sausage, and sprinkle peppers evenly on top.
3. Begin to roll as tight as possible, you may need to add olive oil to hands and dough if it starts to get sticky.
4. Once rolled, tuck seam underneath, so it stays together.
5. Bake at 400 º until golden brown and cooked through (about 15 to 20 minutes).
