1 yam per two servings
1 large naval orange per two servings
1 bag mini marshmallows
1 jar maraschino cherries
Coarsely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Steam to soften yams, scoop out into large bowl
3. Cut orannges in half; thinly slice off each botton half so orange will sit flat
4. Squeeze out orange juice without breaking skin and reserve
5. Remove pulp from orange halves without breaking skin
6. Add fresh oranges to yams and mash wet to soften, not mushy
7. Mix in appropriate amount of chopped pecans
8. Mix in appropriate amount of mini marshmallows
9. Stuff each orange half with yam mixture
10. Place cherry in center of each; surround with more marshmallows
11. Lay out on ungreased cookie sheet
12. Bake for about 30 minutes (until marshmallows are slightly browned)

This Can be prepared 1 day ahead, and refrigerated overnight covered with saran wrap. Bake for 30 minutes on day of serving.
