5 lbs of yellow crook-necked squash
2 medium onions (Yellow or Vidalia)
3-5 T of butter
4 oz. Sharp Cheddar
4 oz. Monterey Jack
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Roughly chop (or largely slice) onions.
2. Melt butter and brown onions in the butter in a large pot.
3. Clean and slice squash (about 1/4 inch thick slices).
4. Add squash to onions.
5. Salt lightly
