1 1/2 c flour (I use 1/2 c whole wheat and 1 c all purpose)
1 1/2 t cinnamon
1 t baking soda
1 t salt
1 t ginger
1/2 t nutmeg
1/4 t clove
1/4 t baking powder

1/3 c milk
1/2 t vanilla

6 T butter
1 c sugar
1/3 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Butter loaf pan. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Combine milk and vanilla and set aside. Beat butter 3-4 munutes. Add sugar, eggs, and pumpkin on low speed. Add dry and wet ingredients, alternating. Spread in loaf pan. Bake 350º for 1 hour.
