2T melted butter
1/3 C paprika

2 racks of baby back pork ribs

Sauce:
1 C ketchup
1 C water
1/4 C brown sugar
1/4 C cider vinegar or red wine
1/2 t salt and pepper
1/2 t paprika
2 t worchestershire sauce
1t dry mustard
1 t chili powder

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil for 10 min. Turn off heat and let cool.

Paste:
Mix butter and paprika and cover ribs with paste both sides.

Brush ribs with sauce on both sides. Cover very tightly with foil. Bake at º400 for 30 minutes. Turn oven down to º350 and bake for another 30 minutes.

Remove from oven, brush with more sauce - place under broiler to brown and crystalized sauce on ribs.

Cover tightly with foil again and turn oven off. Let ribs stand in oven for 2-4 hours before serving.
