Lasagna Recipe

1/2 C minced onion
1 1/2 lb ground round
2 cloves of garlic - minced
1 1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t oregano
4 t chopped fresh parsley
3 Cans stewed tomatoes
1 8oz tomato sauce
1/2 C sugar
3 T parmesan cheese
1/2 C parmesan cheese
1 pkg large lasagna noodles cooked
1 lb shredded or thinly sliced mozzarella
1 lb ricotta cheese

In skillet, cook ground round and onion - remove grease.
Add next 9 ingredients until very thick.

Cook noodles and run under cold water.

In 9 x 13 baking dish - layer 3 noodles, meat mixture, parmasean cheese, ricotta cheese, mozzeralla cheese. Repeat this twice.

Bake at 350 for 45minutes
