1 beaten egg
1 C milk
1 Cup crushed saltine crackers (22)
1 15 oz creamed corn
1 15 oz fresh corn
1/4 C finely chopped onion
1 T butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, 2/3 C crackers, 1/4 t salt and dash of pepper. Stir in corn, onion and mix well.

Toss butter and remaining crackers. Sprinkle on top. You can also use breadcrumbs.

Bake at º350 for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean
