3 or 4 large onions
1 egg yolk slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel onions, cut into 1/2 in slices and separate rings. Combine egg yolk and milk, add flour, salt and oil, mix until smooth. Dip onion ring into batter and deep fry until golden.
