1/2 cup marshmellows
2 big cans candy yams
2 tsp. vanilla
6 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter - melted
1/2 tsp. cinn.
2 tbsp. orange juice

Directions:
Smash yams. Add butter and everything else. Heat in oven until warm @ 350º. Top with marshmellows. Put back into oven unitl light brown.
