1 can corn beef
2 slices of swiss cheese
3 T sauerkraut
1000 Island dressing
2 slices rye bread

Directions:
Spread the bread with 1000 dressing. Slice the corn beef and place on bread. Place the swiss cheese on the cornbeef and top with the sauerkraut.Close sandwich. Melt butter in skillet and grill the sandwich.
