2 - 4 large potatoes (cubed)
2 - 3 T butter
2 - 3 T flour
Grated cheese
Crumbled bacon(or bacon bits)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the cubed potatoes until done. Do not overcook! Make a cream sauce by melting the butter and adding the flour. Add milk to the consistency of soup.(You may need more flour).
Add the potatoes and heat together for about 10 minutes. You need to stir often. Put cheese in the bottom of the soup bowl, pour in soup, and add the bacon, Enjoy!
