6 pork chops 3/4" thick
1 tbsp drippings
1 tsp salt
4 tsp pepper
1 can tomato rice soup, undiluted
1 c water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp sweet basil
1 green pepper, sliced into rings
1 onion, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops in drippings in heavy frying pan. Season with salt & pepper. Place in casserole dish. Mix soup with water, pour into skillet, mix with drippings. Stir in sugar, Worcestershire, & basil. Pour mixture over chops. Top with green pepper & onions. Cover & bake at 325º for one (1) hour.
