2 tbsp seasoned flour
2 lbs round steak
2 tbsp oil
1 can tomato soup
1/3 c chopped onion
1/3 c celery
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp mustard

Directions:
Spray crock pot light with vegetable oil spray. Pound seasoned flour into round steak. Brown in oil. Place in crock pot. Blend together tomato soup, onion, celery, garlic, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and mustard. Pour over steak. Cook in crock pot on low about 8 hours.

Personal Notes:
Can be made the night before and refrigerated and start in crock pot in morning.
Suggestion: Peel a few potatoes and put in bottom a crock pot before putting in steak.
