1 white cake mix
1 can lemon pie filling
1 can lemon frosting
1-8 oz cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake as directed on box. Grease bottom of 9x13 cake pan. Pour cake mix into cake pan. Drop 1/2-1 tsp size spoonfuls of the pie filling into the cake batter. Bake as directed for the 9x13 cake.
After cake is completely cooled, mix the frosting and the cool whip together with hand mixer. Frost cake and chill.

You can also use chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filling. I am sure there are a lot of different combinations.
