1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs well beaten
1 (1lb.) can Hershey's Syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

(Frosting Ingredients)

1 6 oz. pkg chocolate chips
1/2 c. light cream
1c. butter
2 1/2 c. unsifted confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and chocolate syrup. Mix in flour, nuts and vanilla. Grease and flour a 9x13 pan, pour batter into pan and bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.

Frosting

In medium saucepan combine chocolate pieces, cream, and butter. Stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat. With a whisk, blend in confectioners sugar. Place saucepan in a bowl filled with ice and beat untill it holds shape, about 7-10 mins. Frost cooled brownies.
