31/2 lb. chicken, cut in 8ths
1/2 c. seasoned Ritz cracker crumbs
1/4c. oil
1/2 C. liquid honey

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in oil, then in crumbs. Bake at 3500 for 20 minutes. Brush with
honey. Bake 30 minutes longer, or until tender. 4 servings.
