1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground round steak
1/3 can beef broth
1 egg
1/3 cup milk or cream
4 cups bread crumbs
1 medium onion, grated
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1-2/3 cans beef broth
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meats, 1/3 can beef broth, egg, milk or cream, bread crumbs, onion, salt, and peppers and mix well. Shape into very small balls. Fry in hot oil until brown. (Use about 1/4" hot oil.) Simmer in remaining beef broth for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
