2 cans (10-3/4oz. each) cream of chicken soup
8oz. sour cream
2oz. jar diced pimientos
3/4 cup sliced green onions
3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (30 to 32oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 cup graded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Combine soup, sour cream, onions, Cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, pimientos, and pepper in a large bowl. Blend well. Stir in potatoes. Spoon into an 8" x 8" baking pan in an even layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 60 to 75 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.
