1/2 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
20oz. can crushed pineapple
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1-1/2 cup cold milk
8oz. Cool Whip
1 cup Angel Flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the pineapple, squeezing until you obtain 2/3 cup liquid. Mix cake mix, pineapple juice, and egg, and pour into greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350º. Cool.

Mix together the cream cheese, pudding, and milk. Fold in the well-drained crushed pineapple, and spread the mixture over the cool cake. Refrigerate until firm.

Spread the Cool Whip over the top and sprinkle with coconut. Chill for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
