2 cups hot water
1 8 oz pkg. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Whipping Cream
2 pkg. lemon Jello
1 Cup olives - sliced
1/2 Cup light Cream
1 Cup Diced Celery
Shrimp Dressing:
1 cup Salad Dressing
1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 TLB. lemon Juice
4 TLb. Chopped Pimento
1 1/2 Cups cut up shrimp
Directions:
Directions:
Mix jello with hot water. Cool until syrupy. Soften cream cheese with light cream. Then beat into cooled jello. Stir in celery and olives. Whip Cream until thick. Fold into mixture. Pour all into a 2 quart ring mold or dripper pan. Cover with Shrimp Dressing. Put in frig and let set up before serving.
