4 c. water
15 oz. Sweetned coconut cream (coco lopez)
12 oz. evaporated milk
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla ext.
4 egg yolks
3 c. white rum
2-3 cinnamon sticks
cinnamon powder

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water with cinnamon sticks until yellow and fragrant. Add evaporated milk, condensed milk and egg yolks. Stir on low heat. Add coconut cream,vanilla extract and rum until blended. Remove from heat and serve each cup topped with cinnamon powder. Can be served hot or cold. Refrigerate leftover.
