9 c chex cereal (your choice corn, rice or wheat)
1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter
1/4 c margarine or butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c powdered sugar

Directions:
Measure cereal into large bowl; set aside. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter & margarine in 1 qt microwave - safe bowl. Microwave on High 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until melted; add vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal and stir to evenly coated. Pour cereal into resealable plastic bag with powdered sugar; seal securely and shake until cereal is all coated with sugar. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container. Note - Do not used reduced fat margarine or butter it may cause chocolate to clump and will not coat the cereal mixture evenly.
