4 c flour
2 c sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 c fresh or frozen raspberries or blueberries
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c (16 oz) sour cream
1 c vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add berries and toss gently. Combine eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla; mix well. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400º for 20-25 minutes or until muffins test done.
