4 large potatoes (peeled)
1 large carrot
1 large onion
1 beaten egg
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. baking powder, Matzoh Meal
Directions:
Directions:
Grate potato, carrot, onion and mix in the egg, salt, and baking powder add matzoh meal as mixture gets watery. Drop mixture by spoonfuls into hot oil. (Do not make them too thick). Fry until brown and crispy. Drain Latkes on paper towels. Serve with applesauce and/or sour cream.
