1 cup sour cream, 1 c. milk, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. warm water, 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 t. vanilla.

Add gelatin to 1/4 c. warm water & set aside.
In saucepan, mix sour cream, milk & sugar over low heat until warm. Add cream cheese. If gelatin has thickened, I warm it in microwave for a few seconds until smooth. Stir all ingredients until blended & pour into mold. Refrigerate until set.

This is a great side dish for any meal. It's simple to make & always looks attractive. It tastes liked cheese cake! It can be served with strawberry sauce but I prefer it plain.
