2 tsp. sesame seeds
1/4 lb. medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
6 T. Thai sweet chili sauce
20 phyllo tartlets

Directions:
Directions:
Toast seeds in a dry pan over low heat until golden brown, 3 minutes. Combine shrimp, cilantro, and chili sauce. Spoon into tartlets and garnish with toasted seeds. The filling can be made one day in advance. Cover and refrigerate. Fill the tartlets up to 45 minutes before serving.
