1/4 C. Butter

3/4 C. Sugar

1 Egg

1 1/2 C. Flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 C. Milk

2 C. Fresh Blueberries

Topping:

1/2 C. Sugar

1/3 C. Flour

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1/4 C. Butter, cut up

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Blend egg into creamed mixture. In another bowl sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add flour mixture alternately with milk to creamed mixture, beating after each addition. Gently fold the blueberries into the batter. Pour batter into greased 8X8 square pan. Sprinkly evenly with Crumb Topping. Bake in preheated 375º oven for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

To prepare topping:
In a small bowl mix together sugar, flour, and cinnamon. With a pastry blender add the butter and mix until mixture resembles a coarse meal.
