1 lg. can pumpkin
1 lg. can (13oz.) evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box yellow cake mix
Chopped walnuts
1-1/2 cubes margarine, melted
Cool whip or whipped cream

Combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt and beat well. Pour into 9" x 13" greased pan. Sprinkle cake mix over the top. Sprinkle walnuts on top of the cake mix, and drizzle the margarine on top of the walnuts. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Lower the heat to 325 and bake for 15-20 minutes longer.

Serve with Cool Whip or prepared whipped cream.
