2 cans of Artichoke Hearts
1 cup of mayonaise (light is okay)
1 cup of parmesan cheese (or 1/2 cup parm, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar)
3 cloves of minced garlic
Wheat Thins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º. Put all the ingreedients in the cuisinart (don't blend too much, a little lumpy is better). Bake in a pie pan or pie dish until browned (about 40 to 60 minutes). Serve with Wheat thins.

This recipe originated with Mom's freind Laura Harris. EVen I can make this one... it's always a hit. My NYC friends know it ias Lisa's Artichoke dip.
