1 lb. spaghetti noodles
1 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 cup milk
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
salt to taste

Directions:
Cook noodles in heavily salted water until almost done. Then add next 4 ingredients. Cook slow until cheese melts. Mixture will be soupy at first, but will set up. Do not bake.

Kids LOVE this recipe…it is almost like a macaroni and cheese dish. Very smooth and creamy. Keeps well in refrigerator. Make a batch and trot it out to be heated in the microwave at lunch each day for the kiddos.
