1 1/4 C butter
1/2 C unsweetened cocoa
1 C water
2 C unsifted flour
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 *14oz* Eagle Brand Sweet Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
2 Eggs
1 t vanilla
1 C confectioners sugar
1 C chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to º350

In small saucepan melt 1 C butter, stir in 1/4 C cocoa and then the water. Bring to a boil, remove from heat.

In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add cocoa mixture, beat well. Stir in 1/3 C eagle brand milk, eggs and vanilla.

Pour into greased 15x10 greased jelly roll pan.

Bake 15 minutes or until cake springs back when touched.

In small saucepan, melt remaining 1/4 C butter, stir in remaining 1/4 C cocoa and eagle brand milk. Stir in confectioners sugar and nuts - spread onto warm cake.
