Salad Dressing
10 oz bag spinach (cleaned) 3/4 c sugar
1/4 red onion thinly sliced 1/3 c red wine vinegar
3/4 c toasted pecans 1/4 c chopped red onion
15 strawberries (quartered) 1 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard
1c vegetable oil
2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Directions:
Toast pecans on a cookie sheet in at 400º oven for 5 minutes. Cool. Combine salad ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients. Toss salad with dressing. Serve
