1 stick butter
1 c evaporated milk
1 c flour
1 c sugar
2 t baking powder
1 qt fruit

EASY BERRY COBBLER

1/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. flour
2 c. berries or cherries
1/4 to 1 c. sugar
Melt butter in small shallow baking dish.
Melt butter in 13x9x2 pan.
Mix evaporated milk, sugar, flour and baking powder. Pour over melted butter. Do not stir!
Pour over this your favorite berries or cherries, whatever kind you like. Do not stir!
Pour a little sugar over top if berries are very tart.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350º. Serve with whipped topping, heavy cream or ice cream.
