1 2/3 c. sugar 1 tsp.vanilla
1 c.cooking oil 2 c. sliced apples
3 well-beaten eggs 1 c. chopped walnuts
2 c. flour 1/2 c. raisins
1tsp.baking soda
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine,sugar,oil and well-beaten eggs.
Sift together flour,baking soda,salt and cinnamon.
Add vanilla
Fold-in apples,nuts and raisins.

Bake in a 2x9x13 greased and floured pan or pyrex dish,in a pre-heated oven at350º.Bake for about 55 minutes until done . Check doness with a knife point.
