3/4 c applesauce
2 tbsp white glue
ribbon

Combine cinnamon, applesauce and glue to form dough. Roll out to 1/4 in thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out shapes and make hole for ribbon. Place on wire rack. Air dry for several days, turning occasionally.

You can also bake on cookie sheet at 175º for 6 hours. If you make bigger batches make sure you drain applesauce through cheesecloth.
