3 sticks butter, softened
3/4 C powdered sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp vanilla
3 C flour
1 2/3 C (10 oz) white chocolate chips
1/2 C finely chopped pecans
3 Tbsp red and green sprinkles

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º.

Beat butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in white chocolate chips, pecans and sprinkles.

Shape level tablespoons of dough into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheets.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until cooks are set and lightly browned.

Dust powdered sugar over hot cookies on baking sheets. Cool on baking sheets for 10 minutes, remove to wire racks to cool completely. Sprinkle with additional powdered sugar and store in an airtight container.
