1 round mild Brie cheese
4 tbsp. toasted or butter-sauteed almonds
4 tbsp. seedless raspberry preserves or orange marmalade
French bread (baguette)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Slice round of brie horizontally.
3. Fill center with about 4-5 tbsp. preserves.
4. Put top of Brie back on and cover with sauteed almonds.
5. Bake in small pven-proof dish at least 20 minutes until cheese starts to melt out of center.
6. Serve hot with slices of French bread.
