1 pkg. mild goat cheese (chevre)
4 tbsp. chives, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. wonton wrappers
Enova oil (a new better-foryou oil) or canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. If using large wonton wrappers, cut in half.
2. Mix cheese with chives, salt and pepper
3. Take wonton wrapper and moisten two edges with water using your finger.
4. Place about 3 tsp. or more of filling in wonton wrapper and fold over, sealing edges.
5. Deep fry in saucepan with enough hot oil to cover wontons until brown.
6. Drain on paper towels but serve while still hot.

Variation:

Use lavender herb mix and goat cheese and drizzle wontons with a little honey.
