2 pounds boneless sirloin steaks, organic prime quality
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/2 cup or more soy sauce (I like Kikkoman the best and it comes in low sodium)
4 scallions (also called spring or green onions), sliced into thin rings
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning. Can soak while you prepare the meat.
2. Cut meat into thin strips about 1 1/2 inches long for skewers.
3. Toast sesame seeds in saute pan, stirring often to keep from burning. They should be a nice golden brown.
4. Mix all the ingredients, including the sesame seeds, then add the beef and refrigerate for one or more hours or even overnight.
5. Thread the beef onto skewers.
6. Grill or place under broiler until desired doneness. Turn once.
