2 large navel oranges, peeled and segmented
1 cup unsweetened dates, chopped
2 tbsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice (~1 lemon)
2 tbsp. fresh-squeezed orange juice
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 bunch fresh mint (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Toss the oranges, dates and citrus juices together in a bowl.
2. Drizzle the honey over the mixture and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
3. Top with toasted sliced almonds.
4. Garnish with chopped mint or mint sprigs.

To toast the almonds, place sliced almonds in the oven at 350º until light brown or saute them in a pan until brown.
