1 pkg. dry lemon cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 c. oil
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of crumb mixture. Lightly pat remaining mixture in an ungreased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350º for 15 minutes. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer, sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and bake 15 minutes longer.
