2 pkgs (3 oz ) Lemon Gelatin
2 Cups boiling water
1/4 tsp. Salt
3/4 Cups Mayonnaise
2 Cups Diced Celery
3 cups diced red appled (not peeled )
1 Cup Chopped nuts
1/2 Pint Whipping Cream - Whipped
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add salt. Blend in Mayonnaise. Stir in Celery, apples & nuts until mixed thoroughly . Whip cream and fold into mixture.
Chill until set.
