2 pkg lemon jello
2 cups boiling water
2 cups 7-up or Ginger Ale
1 Cup small marshmallows
2 large bananas
1 can pineapple tidbits drained (save juice )

Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tlb. Flour
1 Cup pineapple juice
1 egg slightly beaten
2 TLB butter
1 PKG. Dream Whip

Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. When cool, add 7 up and chill until partly set, fold in pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. (colored marshmallows add variety. Chill until set

Combine sugar, flour and egg. Heat pineapple juice in top of double boiler, then add egg mixture. Cook until thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Let cool. When cold, fold in the Dream Whip or Cool Whip. Spread on jello mixture. Pour into glass cake pan.
