Ingredients:  
8 oz bag corn puffs
1/2 c butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 c brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda (make sure fresh)

Directions:
Directions:
Place corn puffs in large roasting pan. Heat butter, syrup and brown sugar for 2 minutes or until bubbly around edges and remove from heat. Add baking soda to cause foaming (this will allow proper coating). Pour carmel mixture over corn puffs and stir until all are coated. Place in a 250º oven for approx 45 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Remove from oven and pour on waxed paper. Break apart, before puffs cool. Yum Yum
