Tortellini Soup Recipe

1 lb Italian sausage, browned and drained
6 c beef broth
1-28 oz can stewed tomatoes
2 c diced zucchini
1 lg onion, diced
1 c diced carrots
1 c chopped fresh mushrooms
1 med green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c chopped parsley
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oregano
1 clove garlic
2 c frozen cheese tortellini

In large pot, combine sausage, broth, tomatoes, zucchini, onion, carrots, mushrooms, green pepper, parsley, sugar, oregano and garlic. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add cheese tortellini about 30 minutes before serving.
