1/3 cup olive oil
4-5 boneless chicken breast
1 large onion
1/2 large bell pepper
1 can mushrooms (or fresh)
2 cups baby carrots
Tony's seasoning, salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In large dutch oven, add olive oil let oil get hot add seasoned chicken breast & brown on both sides. When browning is complete remove chicken from Dutch oven, add onions, bell pepper & mushrooms & carrots and 1 - 11/2 cups water removing glazing from bottom of pan. Return chicken to pot of veggies and cook on med. heat for 1 - 11/2 hours.
