Cooked white potatoes
Butter or margarine(melted), or olive oil
Lawry's season salt

12x14" pan

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Put sliced or cubed pre-cooked potatoes in plastic container, add oil, cover and shake to coat potatoes with oil, add season salt, shake to coat with seasoning.
Pour in pan to create a single layer of potatoes.
Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.

This is a great way to use left overs. Using a plastic bag or a plastic container coats potatoes evenly with oil and seasoning. Shaking is fun too!
